Lucia Kramer

Lucia Kramer is an experienced Behavior Change Communication specialist at AED. She has a rich background in advocacy, multi-media communication interventions, and social mobilization in areas including tuberculosis, maternal and child health, reproductive health, avian influenza, and HIV prevention throughout Africa and Latin America. Ms. Kramer has over 15 years of experience in the design and facilitation of trainings in behavior change communication, strategy development, interpersonal communication, and capacity building of local organizations. Ms. Kramer is a native Spanish speaker and speaks English fluently. She is also conversant in French and Portuguese. Ms. Kramer has worked in Bolivia, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Honduras, Mexico, Mozambique, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Paraguay, Philippines, Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia, and Peru, where she currently resides.
