Rose Mary Romano

Rose Mary Romano, MEd, is a Senior Behavior Change Communication Specialist for AED and has over 25 years of experience in designing and managing advocacy, social mobilization, and behavior change communication programs. She has designed and implemented BCC programs on a variety of issues, including family planning and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, maternal and child health, malaria, and climate change.  She has managed BCC programs in Southern and Eastern Africa and in India, where, collectively, she lived for over 10 years. She has also written several training modules, case studies, and articles for professional journals concerning social marketing, public policy, and health.
