Julia Rosenbaum

Julia Rosenbaum, MPH, is an AED expert in health policy and management systems and is currently the Field Implementation Coordinator for the Hygiene Improvement Project. Ms. Rosenbaum specializes in bringing communities and science together in the design and management of nutrition/health interventions by combining the use and application of quantitative and qualitative research. For 15 years, she has provided strategic direction to multifaceted health projects in the United States and abroad. She also served as the Resident Communication Advisor to the World Health Organization Regional Epidemiology Center in Trinidad while working with AIDSCOM. A fluent Spanish speaker, Ms. Rosenbaum has worked extensively in Latin America, having coordinated activities for the Nutrition Communication Project, which included a national breastfeeding advocacy program in Honduras.
