David Windt
David Windt is a seasoned communications and marketing professional whose global experience spans the public and private sectors. He has 12 years of commercial advertising and marketing expertise for such clients as Toyota, Glaxo, Apple and Procter & Gamble, including a four-year stint as account director for Saatchi & Saatchi Communications Poland. As vice president of a U.S. advertising agency specializing in social marketing, he designed and managed award-winning projects in HIV/AIDS, STI, and alcohol and narcotics prevention. More recently he has worked on issues including emergency preparedness, avian influenza, and private sector social marketing in Africa and Eastern Europe. Mr. Windt has worked and studied in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. He holds an MPH from Johns Hopkins University with a concentration in Social and Behavioral Science and certification in Health Communication.
