SARA I and II (Support for Analysis and Research in Africa) (2000-2005)

Center for Health Policy and Capacity Development The SARA is a support project to the USAID Africa Bureau Office of Sustainable Development. The project works with African institutions and a wide range of partners to bring the findings of research and analysis to bear on influence health policy and programs in Africa. SARA areas of concern include child and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, infectious diseases, health reform, and nutrition. SARA joins with its partners to stimulate policy dialogue on key issues, share best practices, and produce state-of-the art analyses - all designed to improve health programs in Africa.
