World Bank Communications Project (2006 - 2009)

The World Bank contracted AED to provide strategic communication courses to World Bank Group project managers and technical staff.  AED worked in collaboration with its subcontractor, The Communication Center, to redesign and deliver four communication trainings: stakeholder consultation; art and science of strategic communication; managing political risk; and media training.  This was a joint project with the Social Change Group's Center for Social Marketing and Behavior Change.  AED created training curricula and take-away materials and used interactive experiential training techniques.
